Ingredients: 1) Olive oil - 2 tbsp. 2) Tuna steak - 7 oz (200 g).
For the Guacamole: 1) Flesh of 1 ripe avocado. 2) White part of 3 scallions. 3) Coriander(cilantro) leaves - 2 tbsp. 4) Jalapeno peppers - 1-2, with core and seeds removed. 7) Juice of 1/2 lime. 8) Extra coriander(cilantro) leaves (to garnish).
Also needed: A heavy griddle pan.
Instructions: 1) Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit.
2) Sprinkle a little olive oil over the baguette pieces.
3) Place the oiled baguettes on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
4) Spread out each slice with tapenade. Top with the capers/cherry tomato quarters/cucumber slices. Serve warm.
